Lamp Bracket
Arc Light Frame (Patent No. ZL200530051125.9)
The interference of the light frame during loading and transportation to the operator's line of sight has been fully considered. A customized, appropriate light frame assembly with a curved design and unique stamping process integrates warning lights seamlessly, creating a visually appealing and functional light frame assembly.
Hydraulic System
The flat-type wrecker operates with a fully hydraulic drive, integrating multiple functions such as lifting, backloading, towing, and pulling.
Hydraulic Oil Circuit
Hydraulic tubing utilizes high-pressure galvanized steel pipes, offering high-pressure resistance, excellent heat dissipation, and durability. The service life aligns with the top's longevity.
The hydraulic pipe joints use imported sleeve-type rigid joint heads (from Germany), significantly reducing oil leakage and seepage, with the service life synchronized with the top.
Reversing Valve
Using an imported multi-channel reversing valve (from Italy), we have optimized the installation to ensure safe operation under extreme conditions.
Oil Cylinder
The inner wall of the cylinder undergoes a boring and rolling process, making it hard, smoother, and more wear-resistant, fully protecting the seal.
Solid piston rods undergo heat treatment, featuring high hardness and thick chromium plating, making them capable of handling high-strength work.
We fully utilize imported sealing components (from Germany, Britain, and the Italian Sterseal series), adjusting each sealing combination according to different cylinder structures to achieve the optimal state of the cylinder.
The piston support ring, made of high-temperature and wear-resistant imported materials, features a design requiring double support rings or a large-area single support ring structure. During cleaning operations, high-standard support rings ensure the stable operation of the cylinder.
Avoid direct friction and damage between the piston and cylinder wall, piston rod, and cylinder head.
High-precision imported CNC machining centers process the cylinder piston and cylinder head to achieve a high standard of sealing.
