:
1)
Based on the delivery door’s opening mechanism, our garbage trucks are categorized into three types: sliding type, flip type, and composite type.
Delivery methods can be tailored to market needs: The flip-type, supported by gas springs, is engineered for safety and ease, offering a larger delivery space.
The sliding door features a nylon slider for guidance, making it labor-efficient and ensuring excellent sealing performance to effectively prevent the spread of garbage odor.
The composite box boasts a side sliding and side flipping cover, with dual door mechanisms to increase the garbage inlet. This thoughtful design ensures a more optimal box structure, maximizing volume utilization to cater to different user habits. Additionally, it mitigates the difficulty of door opening due to operator size limitations, ensuring convenience and practicality. The cabinet is both visually appealing and durable.
2)
According to Box Material
it
is categorized into: carbon steel box and stainless steel box.
The carbon steel box is crafted from premium galvanized steel, preventing corrosion and finished with a spray-paint for an attractive look. The stainless steel box employs 0Cr18Ni9 high-quality stainless steel, offering exceptional corrosion resistance to prevent oxidation and rust. The carbon steel box, lined with an epoxy asphalt interior coating, is highly wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, significantly extending the box’s lifespan. Its airtight design, with a rear door sealed by a corrosion-resistant silicone strip, effectively prevents secondary pollution such as spillage, popping, dripping, and leakage during garbage collection, cleaning, and transportation.
