The light frame's influence on the operator's line of sight during loading and transportation has been thoroughly considered. We have redesigned an appropriate light frame assembly, incorporating a curved design and a unique stamping process. This ensures a perfect integration of warning lights, resulting in a visually appealing and generous light frame assembly.
Hydraulic System
The flat-type wrecker operates with a fully hydraulic drive, seamlessly integrating numerous functions such as lifting, backloading, towing, and pulling.
Hydraulic Oil Circuit
The hydraulic tubing employs high-pressure galvanized steel piping, featuring excellent pressure resistance and heat dissipation. It's aesthetically pleasing, durable, and its service life synchronizes with the top.
The hydraulic pipe joints use imported sleeve-type rigid joints (Germany), which significantly reduce the incidence of oil leaks and seepage, with a service life also synchronized with the top.
Reversing Valve
Utilizing an imported multi-channel reversing valve (Italy) with optimized installation methods ensures that the valve operates safely under extreme conditions.
Oil Cylinder
The cylinder's inner wall is subjected to boring and rolling processes, resulting in a harder, smoother, and more wear-resistant surface, fully protecting the seal.
The solid piston rod undergoes heat treatment processes, achieving high hardness and a thick chromium plating layer, making it adept at handling high-strength operations.
We fully utilize imported sealing components (German, British, and Italian Sterseal series) and adjust each sealing combination according to different cylinder structures to achieve the cylinder's optimal state.
The piston support ring is crafted from high-temperature and wear-resistant imported material. Depending on design needs, it may employ a double support ring or a large area single support ring structure. During cleaning operations, especially when the cylinder is subjected to significant lateral forces, the high-standard support ring guarantees stable cylinder operation.
This design avoids direct friction and damage between the piston rod and cylinder head against the piston and cylinder wall.
We use high-precision imported CNC machining centers to process cylinder pistons and cylinder heads, achieving high-standard sealing.
