We fully consider the potential visual interference caused by the light frame during loading and transportation. Thus, a customized light frame assembly with a curved design and unique stamping process perfectly integrates warning lights, creating a visually appealing and practical light frame.
Hydraulic System
The flat type wrecker operates with a full hydraulic drive, integrating various functionalities such as lifting, backloading, towing, and pulling.
Hydraulic Oil Circuit
Our hydraulic tubing is made of high-pressure galvanized steel pipe, offering excellent pressure resistance, heat dissipation, durability, and a service life synchronized with the top.
The hydraulic pipe joint features an imported sleeve-type rigid joint head (Germany), significantly reducing oil leakage and seepage, with a service life matching the top.
Reversing Valve
We use an imported multi-channel reversing valve (Italy) and optimize its installation to ensure safe operation under various extreme conditions.
Oil Cylinder
The cylinder's inner wall undergoes a boring and rolling process, resulting in a hard, smooth, and wear-resistant surface with fully protected seals.
The solid piston rod undergoes heat treatment, features a high-hardness, thick chromium plating layer, and handles high-strength tasks effortlessly.
We fully utilize imported sealing components (German, British, and Italian Sterseal series), adjusting each sealing combination based on different cylinder structures to achieve optimal cylinder performance.
The piston support ring is made from imported material, offering high temperature and wear resistance. Depending on design needs, it uses either a double support ring or a large-area single support ring structure, ensuring stable operation even during heavy lateral forces.
This design avoids direct friction and damage between the piston rod, cylinder wall, and cylinder head.
We use high-precision imported CNC machining centers to process the cylinder piston and head, achieving a high standard of sealing.
