Hydraulic oil circuit
Hydraulic tubing adopts high pressure galvanized steel pipe, high pressure resistance, good heat dissipation performance, beautiful, durable, service life can be synchronized with the top;
The hydraulic pipe joint adopts the imported sleeve type rigid joint head (Germany), which greatly reduces the interface oil leakage and oil seepage phenomenon, and the service life can also be synchronized with the top.
Reversing valve
Adopt imported multi-channel reversing valve (Italy) and optimize the installation mode to ensure that the multi-channel reversing valve can operate safely under various extreme conditions;
Oil cylinder
The inner wall of the cylinder is boring and rolling process, the inner wall of the cylinder is hard, more smooth and wear-resistant, and the seal is fully protected;
Piston rod (solid) are heat treatment process, high hardness, thick chromium plating layer, easy to cope with high-strength work;
The full use of imported sealing components (German, British and Italian Sterseal series), and adjust each sealing combination according to different cylinder structures, in order to achieve the most perfect state of the cylinder;
The piston support ring is made of imported material with high temperature resistance and wear resistance, and the design needs to use double support ring or large area single support ring structure. In the cleaning operation, such as when the cylinder is subjected to large lateral forces, the high standard support ring can ensure the stable operation of the cylinder.
Avoid piston and cylinder wall piston rod and cylinder head direct friction and damage;
Adopt high precision imported CNC machining center to process cylinder piston and cylinder head to obtain high standard sealing degree.
