8.3T Folding Flatbed Car Road Street Wrecker Attributes:
Robust and sturdy design, creating a bespoke Type II chassis.
To meet the unique chassis requirements, our company collaborates with renowned domestic and international chassis manufacturers, as well as numerous secondary manufacturers, establishing strong partnerships.
We have custom-developed a series of specialized Type II chassis, providing a solid foundation for crafting high-quality wrecker products.
Lighting Bracket
Arc Light Frame (Patent No. ZL200530051125.9)
We fully consider the light frame's impact on the operator's visibility during loading and transport. We’ve customized a new light frame assembly with a curved design and unique stamping process, seamlessly integrating warning lights for a beautiful and functional result.
Hydraulic System
Our flat-type wrecker operates on a fully hydraulic drive, integrating lifting, backloading, towing, and pulling functions seamlessly.
Hydraulic Oil Circuit
Our hydraulic tubing uses high-pressure galvanized steel pipes, offering excellent pressure resistance, heat dissipation, aesthetic appeal, and durability, synchronized with the vehicle’s top.
The hydraulic pipe joints feature imported sleeve-type rigid joints (from Germany), significantly reducing oil leakage and seepage, with longevity matching the vehicle’s top.
Reversing Valve
We utilize imported multi-channel reversing valves (from Italy) and optimize their installation to ensure safe operation under extreme conditions.
Oil Cylinder
The inner wall of the cylinder is subject to boring and rolling processes, making it harder, smoother, more wear-resistant, and fully sealed.
Our solid piston rods undergo heat treatment, feature a thick chromium plating layer, and are designed for high-strength work.
We use fully imported sealing components (from Germany, Britain, and Italy's Sterseal series), adjusting each seal combination according to cylinder structure to achieve optimal performance.
The piston support rings are made of imported high-temperature and wear-resistant materials. Depending on design needs, we use double support rings or large area single support ring structures. This ensures stable cylinder operation even under significant lateral forces.
This prevents direct friction and damage between the piston, cylinder wall, piston rod, and cylinder head.
We utilize high-precision imported CNC machining centers to process cylinder pistons and heads, ensuring a high standard of sealing.
Custom Requirements
Specific operating environments call for custom solutions. To meet market demands, our company offers personalized modification programs to enhance functionality based on original designs.
Currently available customizations include: plate guardrail devices, detachable ceiling devices, specially reserved plate holes, fixed front brackets, among other personalized modifications. Customization according to customer needs is also available.
